How much does AI Coach Anna cost?
AI Coach Anna has two plans, both billed monthly and cancellable any time: Plus at $19 a month (one hour of coaching every month) and Premium at $49 a month (five hours every month). AI Coach Anna is also included with Leaderwired Institute membership at $99 a month. Every user gets the first 15 minutes free.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from the billing settings in your account, or email support@leaderwiredinstitute.ai from the address on your account and we will cancel it for you and confirm by email. Cancellation stops future charges. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and hours already in your account stay yours.
Where is my receipt?
Stripe, our payment provider, emails a receipt for every charge to the address you used at checkout. If you need another copy, write to us.
Can I get a refund?
Where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, we honor it. Otherwise, write to us, tell us what happened, and we will look at it.
I use AI Coach Anna through Leaderwired Institute. Who handles my billing?
Membership billing is handled by Leaderwired Institute under its own terms. Write to us anyway and we will make sure it reaches the right person.
Sessions
How does a session work?
AI Coach Anna is voice-first. You talk, she listens, and she asks the question that does the work. She remembers your goals, your commitments and your patterns across every session, so each one picks up where the last left off.
Is my session confidential?
Yes. Session content is never used to train external models. You can delete your history at any time from inside the app. Enterprise customers receive a written confidentiality agreement that mirrors a human ICF MCC engagement. The

The coach cannot hear me.
Check that your browser has permission to use your microphone (look for the microphone icon in the address bar), that the right microphone is selected, and that nothing else is using it. Headphones help. If it still does not work, write to us with the device and browser you are using.
Can I delete my history?
Yes, at any time, from inside the app. Your account, your plan and your hours stay in place; the coach simply starts fresh. To delete your whole account, see "Delete your account" below.
Does AI Coach Anna replace a human coach?
No. She extends what coaching can reach. For executives, she sits alongside a human coach. For leaders who have never had access, she is their first real coaching relationship. She is not therapy, medical, legal or financial advice, and she is not for emergencies.
Hours
Do hours expire?
No. Your hours sit in your account until you use them.
How many hours do I get?
Both plans credit coaching hours to your account each billing period (one hour on Plus, five hours on Premium), and unused hours roll over: your balance can build up to three hours on Plus and fifteen on Premium. Leaderwired Institute membership includes its own monthly allowance of AI Coach Anna time. Your balance is shown in the app.
How does the timer work?
It runs only while you are coaching. Thirty seconds of silence pauses it, because reflection time is not billable time, and you can pause manually at any time. You get a 7-minute warning before a session runs out, so a session is never cut off mid-insight.
What happens to my hours if I cancel?
They stay in your account, and you can use them whenever you sign in. Hours are only removed when an account is deleted.
Log in
Where do I log in?
I forgot my password.
Use the password reset link on the login page. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then write to us from the address on your account.
Which devices can I use?
AI Coach Anna runs in your browser on your phone, tablet or computer. A quiet space and a microphone are all you need.
Delete your account
You can delete your AI Coach Anna account and all the data that goes with it at any time. There are two ways, and both do the same thing.
In the app: sign in, open Settings, then Account, then Delete account, and confirm.
On this page: fill in the form below. You do not need to be signed in. Use the email address on your account so we can find it.
What happens next. We confirm your request by email and verify that it came from you. Then we delete your account record, your session content, your coaching memory, your usage data and any coaching hours, and we email you again when it is done. We act without undue delay and in any case within one month. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first or tell us in the form, and we will confirm the cancellation with you. Payment and billing records that tax law requires us to keep are the one exception; the Privacy Policy explains them.
If you only want the coach to start fresh, you do not need to delete your account. Delete your history from inside the app, and your account, plan and hours stay in place.
